"A Sure Bet!"
Pros: Powerful Engine, Beautiful Interior, Great Value
Cons: Too good to be true?
Summary: This review is based on the XLS version of the 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. The CNET review is pretty accurate but I feel that the reviewer would have given a higher score if he would have test drove a model with leather and all the technology features enabled. Our model is one month old and we already took it on a family road trip from South Florida to Montreal, Canada without a single issue. Some reviews have complained about the "big mirrors" blocking your view, but most people I know already know what's in front of them, I think the "big" mirrors are great for improving visibility rearward, where it's need most! The styling and quality of materials is excellent contrary to some opinions on the Internet. We compared this vehicle to the Nissan Murano, Mazda Tribute, Toyota Highlander and the Mitsubishi won by a long shot... plus, it has an extraordinary safety rating! Enjoy your new Mitsubishi, or go get one!
